A completed Public Health Passenger Locator Form must be presented upon arrival.
Passports and passport replacing documents issued more than 10 years prior to date of travel are not accepted.

Croatian national minors aged 14 years or younger, travelling unaccompanied, must hold authorisation from both parents/legal guardians which has been notarised by a notary public or Croatian Embassy or Consulate.

Passengers with a double or multiple entry "C" visa, valid for all Schengen Member States. The visa must be valid for the period of intended stay. They are visa exempt for a maximum stay of 90 days.
