Minors (aged 18 years and under) who are nationals of the Dominican Republic departing the Dominican Republic with a third person (not a parent) must hold an exit permit (Permiso de Salida) issued by the General Migration Office and authorised to travel by both parents with a notarial certificate legalised by the Attorney General of the Republic
Consular power must be requested from the nearest Dominican Republic consulate if one or both parents live abroad authorizing the departure of the minor either alone or accompanied.
A copy of the birth certificate is also required if the minor has dual citizenship.
The exit permit is only valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Passengers with a visa issued by Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland (Rep.), Romania, USA, United Kingdom or a Schengen Member State traveling as tourists for a maximum stay of 90 days.
