Visitors are required to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay (at least USD 500).
A valid "East African Tourist Visa" issued by Rwanda or Uganda is accepted if having first entered the country that issued the visa. The visa is valid for 90 days and multiple entries/re-entries.
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) or in any other country with confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the past 14 days must complete a health declaration form and present it at the Government port health officials upon arrival.
Passports and other travel documents accepted for entry are considered valid until the day before the expiration date.
