Airlines flying from the following airports to the Netherlands: Abu Dhabi (AUH), Accra (ACC), Bahrain (BAH), Beirut (BEY), Buenos Aires (EZE), Casablanca (CMN), Cartagena (CTG), Damman (DMM), Dar Es Salaam (DAR), Doha (DOH), Dubai: International Airport (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC), Entebbe (EBB), Freetown (FNA), Guangzhou (CAN), Hong Kong (HKG), Istanbul: Istanbul (ISL) or Sabiha Gokcen (SAW), Izmir (ADB), Paramaribo (PBM), Johannesburg (JNB), Kiev (KBP), Kigali (KGL), Konya (KYA), Kuala Lumpur (KUL), Kuwait (KWI), Lagos (LOS), Moscow (SVO), Muscat (MCT), Nairobi (NBO), New Delhi (DEL), Robore (RBO), Sao Paulo (GRU), Singapore (SIN), Teheran (IKA) and Tirana (TIA) must provide copies of travel documents of all passengers on these flights in case they do not hold proper travel documents upon arrival in the Netherlands and are inadmissible. Copies must include the data page of the passport/travel document, the page with the visa and the page with departure/clearance stamp, where applicable. Non-compliance with these entry regulations will result in fines up to EUR 11,250 per passenger for the carrier.
On 31 January 2020 the United Kingdom withdrew from the European Union (EU) and ceased to be a member of the European Economic Area (EEA). A transition period of 11 months was agreed; therefore, entry regulations remain unchanged until 31 December 2020, i.e., regulations related to the EU and the EEA, also apply to the United Kingdom.
Passports and other travel documents accepted for entry are considered valid until the day before the expiration date.
Passports and/or passport replacing documents issued more than 10 years prior to date of travel are not accepted.
Nationals of Turkey, residing in Turkey, traveling to provide services in the Netherlands. They must have: - a confirmation of contracts, orders for transports and deliveries, or a contractual partner in the Netherlands and a confirmation from the employer (in Dutch or English), stating employment status and date of services; OR- if self-employed, a declaration of registration in the Chamber of Commerce of Turkey, not older than 6 months.It is also recommended to have a declaration, validating the trip, from a Dutch consular representation in Turkey. The maximum stay is 90 days.
The maximum stay is granted within 180 days.
