Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Korea (Rep.) or Spain and are planning to stay in Moscow must report to the special hotline by phone. They must stay self-isolated in Moscow for a period of 14 days or for the duration of their stay if less than 14 days.

Passengers who are nationals of Russia and another country must ensure that they use the same travel document for entry into and exit from Russia. Passengers may not depart Russia using an expired travel document issued by Russia.
Minors (aged 17 years or under) not travelling with a parent/legal guardian must hold a "Power of Attorney" letter in Russian authorising permission to leave Russia.
