Holders of a visa issued by Canada, USA or a Schengen Member State are granted a max. stay of 90 days within one calendar year in the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Caribbean (Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, St. Eustasius and Saba, St. Maarten).
Visa Exemptions
Passengers with a multiple-entry "C" visa issued by a Schengen Member State and valid for the period of intended stay. They are exempt for a maximum stay of 90 days.
Passengers with a D visa issued by a Schengen Member State for a maximum stay of 90 days.
Passengers with a multiple-entry visa issued by Ireland (Rep.) or the United Kingdom and valid for the period of intended stay. They are visa exempt for a maximum stay of 90 days.
Entry and Transit Restrictions
Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.), Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Singapore or Spain in the past 21 days are not allowed to transit or enter St. Maarten.
