Minors who are travelling unaccompanied, with only one parent/legal guardian or with a third party, must hold a notarized authorisation from all persons who share custody of the child consenting to the intended travel. The authorisation must be notarized by a Venezuelan notary or obtained through a Venezuelan Embassy. Court orders are also accepted.
