- Citizens of Libya must get a Visa to visit Vietnam as tourist.
- The allowed stay is 30 days.
- Your Libyan passport must be valid for the duration of stay.

The information on the e-visa or on the visa on arrival letter must match the details of the passport used for travel.

All passengers must fill out a quarantine form prior to arrival.
Passengers who have been or transited through Korea (Rep.) will be quarantined for 14 days.
Passengers who have been or transited through Iran or Italy in the past 14 days will be quarantined for 14 days.
Passengers who travel for diplomatic or official purpose will undergo a medical examination at the border before allowed to enter Viet Nam.
Visa Exemptions
Nationals of Libya arriving at Phu Quoc (PQC) for a maximum stay of 30 days.
Nationals of Libya arriving at Hanoi (HAN) or Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) with a connecting flight to Phu Quoc (PQC) on the same calendar day. A maximum stay of 30 days will be granted for Phu Quoc (PQC).
Passengers with a Certificate of Visa Exemption issued by Viet Nam for a maximum stay of 90 days.
Entry and Transit Restrictions
Passengers who have been in or transited through China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Viet Nam. This does not apply to passengers who travel for diplomatic or official purpose.
